Tales From the Green Valley:
Turning the clock back over 400 years, five archaeologists and historians take on the challenge of running a farm for a year as it was in the 1600s when King James I held the throne. Living off the land, eating the food they grow and wearing the clothes they make, they must follow the seasonal tasks from harvesting and building to salting and smoking as they strive to live in the past with only a handful of 400 year old texts as their guide.
